The March Group Opens U.S. Eastern Regional Office and Welcomes Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets Daniel Parrett and VP of Capital Markets Matthew Kneifl.
The March Group, a leading private mergers and acquisitions firm specializing in the sale of middle-market businesses, announces the opening of its U.S. Eastern Regional office in Connecticut.
The office will be headed by Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets Daniel Parrett, who will be responsible for managing all transactions within a 15-state region along the Eastern seaboard (excluding Florida).
Supporting Dan will be Vice President of Capital Markets Matthew Kneifl.
The team will work closely with The March Group’s existing dealmakers, managing transactions to further develop the M&A firm’s East Coast dealmaking capabilities.
Dan worked for Citigroup’s Middle Market Investment Bank as a Managing Director. He also held an executive position with CIGNA International and was a Senior Consultant at KPMG and Booz Allen.
He is well known for his dedication to his clients and his talent for building long-term relationships. Over the course of 23 years, he helped 400 business owners and CEOs of privately held businesses liquidate or grow their companies. He has been involved in successful transactions that total more than $1 billion.
Dan’s educational background includes a B.A. in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College and an M.B.A. from the New York University Graduate School of Business.
Dan joined The March Group on June 22, 2009, and reports to Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets Sara Sheldon.
Matthew Kneifl has assisted hundreds of middle-market clients in the development and growth of exit strategies, and helped engineer and launch marketing initiatives geared toward strategic buyers and investment groups.
Matt served both as the lead and as key support in over 50 closed transactions. He is very experienced in keeping many balls in the air, while providing great customer service.
Matthew Kneifl attended Texas Tech where he received a B.A. in finance.
Matt joined The March Group on June 29, 2009, and will report to Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets Dan Parrett.
